Buprenorphine care should not unravel because access became harder to coordinate.

SuboxoneNYC was built for patients whose treatment is vulnerable to avoidable disruption: a prescriber retires, a refill cycle slips, follow-up becomes harder to arrange, or transfer-of-care happens at the wrong moment.

Focused on continuity

This practice is built specifically for continuity-focused buprenorphine care, not broad psychiatry and not one-time prescribing.

Physician-led telehealth

Care is delivered by physicians through secure video, with treatment decisions kept where they belong: under physician judgment.

Structured remote follow-up

Follow-up, refill timing, and digital coordination are organized to reduce avoidable interruption whenever safe and clinically appropriate.

A clear path into care.

The process is simple: start intake, meet your treating physician by secure video, and continue with structured follow-up designed around continuity over time.

Step 1

Begin secure intake

Share the treatment information needed for physician review and scheduling.

Step 2

Meet your treating physician

Your physician evaluation is conducted by secure video and guided by clinical judgment and legal requirements.

Step 3

Continue with structured follow-up

Follow-up cadence, refill timing, and ongoing review are organized to keep care connected over time.

Built to make treatment easier to keep connected.

Care continues between appointments

SuboxoneNYC is designed so continuity does not depend on last-minute scrambling. Follow-up is planned, documented, and coordinated rather than left to chance.

Digital coordination supports the physician

Treatment history, refill timing, and follow-up needs stay visible over time so the physician can make decisions with better continuity context.
