This page explains how the $500 deposit is handled and what to do if you need to cancel or request review of a charge.
Deposit purpose
The $500 deposit is for intake, onboarding, physician review workflow, and continuity-care setup. It is not payment for a guaranteed prescription and does not guarantee acceptance into care.
Monthly and annual pricing
- $100 per month
- $1,000 per year
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Cancellation and refund requests
If you need to cancel or believe a charge should be reviewed, contact the practice promptly at doc@medswork.com or 917 512 6082. Requests are reviewed case by case based on the stage of intake, scheduling, and services already provided.

Submission of intake information or payment of a deposit does not guarantee a prescription, diagnosis, treatment plan, or ongoing physician-patient relationship.
