Membership billing
- Monthly and annual membership plans are offered only after intake review and acceptance into care
- Recurring membership charges do not begin until billing terms are presented and authorized
- Monthly memberships continue by billing cycle until canceled before the next cycle begins
- Annual membership timing and any future renewal terms are disclosed before the annual charge is activated
- Questions about billing should be raised before a membership plan is started
